Enquiries and quote requests received through the website
Data processed: Name, Reason for contact, Email address or phone number, Message.
Purpose: To handle and respond to the user's enquiry or quote request.
Legal basis: Steps taken at the data subject's request before entering into a contract, or legitimate interest in responding to the enquiry.
Retention: For as long as necessary to handle the request and afterwards for as long as required to address legal liabilities.
Recipients:
- Authorised Nou Mafyc personnel handling the request.
- Cloudflare, as the hosting, security and technical form-delivery provider when production is enabled.
- Zoho, as the destination corporate-mailbox provider once migration is complete.
Website applications
Data processed: Name, Email address or phone number, Specialism or profile, Message.
Purpose: To manage the recruitment process initiated by the applicant.
Legal basis: Steps taken at the applicant's request before entering into a contract.
Retention: During the recruitment process and afterwards only for the periods needed to address legal liabilities. The application is not retained for future processes.
Recipients:
- Authorised Nou Mafyc personnel managing the recruitment process.
- Cloudflare, as the hosting, security and technical form-delivery provider when production is enabled.
- Zoho, as the destination corporate-mailbox provider once migration is complete.
Form data is not used for marketing communications or profiling. It is not disclosed to third parties other than the stated technical processors.
To process a request, you must provide your name, message and at least an email address or phone number; applications also require a specialism or profile. Without these details, we cannot process the submission. No automated decisions are made.
Rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability where applicable.
